If you have never been to a Wollochet Ward Cook off,

be prepared! 

Our Ward Members get serious when it comes to

cookin’ chili!

Bring your own muffin tin to sample all the chili at one time.  And if you bring cupcake inserts, refills will be a snap!  

No muffin tin? No worries.  Paper bowls will still be provided.

There will be entertainment and your photo might be taken so wear Western attire for added fun.

If you want to join the contest, bring your best pot of chili in  a crock pot between 4:30 – 5:45 to enter the contest. No late entries.

8 Prizes will be awarded for:

·         All Around Chili Champ – this is the BEST chili in the house!  Every chili is eligible.

·         People’s Choice – chosen by the crowd.  Every chili is eligible.

·         Best Named Chili – for example:  “Ronny’s Famous Burn Down the Barn Chili”.  Every chili is eligible.

·         Best Beanless – make it with NO beans and qualify for this category.

·         Four Alarm Fire House – just like the title says!

·         Very Vegetarian – best chili without the use of meat.

·         White Lightning – Best White Bean or Chicken Chili at the event.

·         From Scratch – No single canned item in your chili.
